Shaimaa Ashour and I spent a year researching the chronological growth of city walks in Cairo, Egypt, from 1970-2016, tracing initiatives (individual and organizational) across ten criteria. We presented our paper at the conference, Inheriting the City in Taipei, Taiwan, March 2016.
